What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be doing the work and building the system behind it.

Lead & Elevate the Sales Team
  • Coach and hold sales reps accountable to real performance metrics
  • Run pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance check‑ins
  • Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and results
Drive New Business
  • Generate new opportunities through networking, outreach, and client meetings
  • Get in front of customers – this is not a desk‑only role
  • Help close key and strategic deals
Build the Sales Machine
  • Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting, and conversion rates
  • Define roles and eliminate inefficiencies across the team
  • Help refine pricing, margins, and bundled offerings (equipment + monitoring + service)
  • Identify new markets (maritime, industrial, multi‑site clients)
  • Strengthen positioning and value proposition
Own Client Relationships
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key customers
  • Support retention and expansion of existing accounts
What Success Looks Like

  • Improved win rates and shorter sales cycles
  • Accurate forecasting
  • A sales team that performs well
Who You Are

You’re not just a strategist – you’re a builder and a closer.

Required
  • 5–10+ years in sales leadership or business development
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
  • Experience leading or mentoring salespeople
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment
  • Ability to think strategically but execute tactically
Bonus Points
  • Experience in security, surveillance, or video systems
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Hub Spot, Go High Level, etc.)
  • Experience with recurring revenue models (monitoring/service)
  • Background in maritime, industrial, or B2B services
