Our client, a global leader in industrial logistics solutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth and develop strategic customer relationships within the chemical, food, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven sales professional who enjoys developing new business, growing key accounts, and delivering customized supply chain and logistics solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities throughout the Houston/Gulf Coast market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Manage and expand existing accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business.
  • Partner with operational teams to ensure exceptional customer service and execution.
  • Meet and exceed sales and growth objectives.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Experience selling into the chemical, food manufacturing, food ingredient, specialty chemical, or industrial distribution markets.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience
  • Chemical manufacturing or chemical distribution
  • Food manufacturing or food ingredient industries
  • Industrial logistics and supply chain solutions
  • Bulk liquid transportation
  • Tank container operations
Major Plus

Experience with Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), stainless steel IBCs, reusable packaging, tank containers, or bulk liquid logistics is highly desirable and will set candidates apart.
