Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of a quick service restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with company standards in production, preparation, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, team and recruiting, financial accountability.
- Deliver high quality products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with six high‑level leaders to manage operations and share responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous management or leadership experience, or a college degree.
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- Starting pay: $22 per hour.
- Hours:
40–45 per week. - Restaurant is closed on Sundays.
