Job Overview
Union Paint Estimator – $135K-$150K – Gpac, Pasadena, TX.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Paint Project Manager/Estimator.
Responsibilities- Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers.
- Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K.
- Provide leadership to project teams.
- Be a hands‑on and reliable leader.
- 5+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator with a Union Paint Subcontractor.
- Ability to understand and present products and services.
- Proficiency with Planswift or similar software.
- Specific experience in commercial painting.
- Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service.
