Marketing Graphic Designer

Meador, an Openwork Company, is currently engaged in a search to find a contract-to-hire Marketing Graphic Designer in Deer Park, TX. In this professional and collaborative role, you will be responsible for proctoring trainees and enforce testing protocols and company policies.

The Graphic Designer creates high-quality visual communications across print, digital, social media, events, presentations, and web platforms. This role requires strong creative execution, project ownership, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities while delivering brand-consistent, impactful designs.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while balancing production needs with strategic initiatives.

• Design and produce creative assets for print, digital, web, presentations, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency, production quality, and organized creative workflows.
• Manage projects from concept through final delivery, meeting deadlines and communicating progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop effective visual solutions.
• Contribute creative ideas, incorporate feedback, and support continuous improvement within the department.
• Stay current on design trends and best practices.

• Proven professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Express.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Express);
  After Effects/Premiere Pro a plus.

Salary: $28-$31/hr
