Client Success Agent

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide support and guidance to clients enrolled in a debt settlement program.

Key Responsibilities Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address concerns Resolve client inquiries and document discussions clearly while guiding clients towards their financial goals Present settlement proposals and escalate issues to leadership as necessary

Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED required;
Bachelor's degree preferred 2 years of experience in customer service or a relationship-based support role required Experience in a financial or banking organization preferred Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
