Customer Service Representative

The Clearlake Branch of Openwork has partnered with a local distribution company to add a CSR to their team.

• Process and input all customer orders in WMS
• Check all orders for special requests
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders
• Report shipped orders to customers by next business day via PDF in email
• Process all inbound shipments into WMS
• Report inbound shipments to customers daily via PDF in email
• Send monthly inventory reports to customers via email in MS Excel or PDF
• Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc.
• Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files
• Answer phone calls and operate various office machines and computers necessary to perform duties
• Effectively correspond with customers as required
• Be on time daily and maintain a strong attendance record

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
• Logistics experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm

Pay: $17/hour
