Our client in Pasadena is seeking an experienced Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support our growing operations in Pasadena, Texas. This position is ideal for someone with a background in industrial sales support who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

You’ll be responsible for preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the order and repair process. Experience in the oil and gas industry, valves, or wellhead equipment is highly preferred.

Prepare and process customer quotes for new, remanufactured, and repaired valves and wellhead equipment.

Enter and manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy of pricing, part numbers, and specifications.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding repair status, order updates, and field service requests.

Coordinate with outside sales representatives, the machine shop, warehouse, and field service technicians to ensure projects remain on schedule.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to provide additional products and services.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email.

Maintain accurate customer, order, and sales records within the company's ERP/CRM system.

Expedite urgent orders and resolve shipping, delivery, and order discrepancies.

Support API-6A and API-6D documentation requirements associated with customer orders.

Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or order coordination in a B2B industrial environment.

Experience with
oil and gas equipment, valves, wellhead equipment, machining, manufacturing, or industrial repair services strongly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple customer accounts and orders.

Experience using ERP, CRM, or order entry systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Ability to work effectively with sales, production, warehouse, and field service teams.

High school diploma or GED required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Competitive hourly pay: $25.00-$30.00 DOE
