• W2: $220/hr ($175/hr base pay & RVU including 10% QSP)
• 1099: $240/hr ($195/hr base pay & RVU including 10% QSP)
• QSP: Quality Service Performance metrics pay is based on metrics established annually and is paid monthly
• Qualifications: ABEM/ABOEM BC/BE; ABFM/ABOFM or ABIM/ABOIM BC with one year of hospital ER experience
