Clinical Trial Physician (Cardiologist)
8 hours per week

Pasadena, CA
Schedule:
Flexible Part-Time (0-8 hours per week)

Within 0-6 months
Position Summary We are seeking a board-certified Cardiologist to serve as a Principal Investigator (PI) or Sub-Investigator (Sub-I) . The Cardiologist will oversee patient safety, ensure adherence to study protocols, and collaborate with the research team to advance cardiovascular treatments.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as PI or Sub-I on assigned cardiology clinical trials.
- Conduct participant evaluations, physical exams, and assess eligibility.
- Monitor safety, adverse events, and treatment outcomes.
- Review and sign study documentation according to protocol and regulations.
- Collaborate with coordinators, nurses, and research staff.
- Attend protocol training and maintain compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) .
- MD or DO with an active California medical license.
- Board-certified in Cardiologist .
- Interest in clinical research (experience preferred; training provided if needed).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
