Part-Time Faculty - CPD Applied Technology
Teaching Applied Technology – CPD related coursework. Part-time faculty are hired on an "as needed" basis and will work for the duration of time specified by the respective course. A portion of the teaching assignment may be evening classes and possibly weekend classes. CPD courses may be taught at any campus, or at an external training site.
Required Qualifications- Associate Degree (or higher level degree) in an appropriately relevant field.
- Five (5) years of industry experience; OR
- Ten (10) years of industry experience in lieu of education requirement; OR
- Hold a Licensure/Certification or relevant experience that would lead to the competencies required for successful performance of the position's essential duties.
- Prior experience in teaching
Applied Technologycoursework in higher education. - Certification/Licensure within specific area of instructional responsibility is desirable and may be required in some cases if applicable.
Salary Grade: AH
Salary: Salary is based on the Board-approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year. See Salary Schedule
