Part-Time Faculty - CPD Cabling

Provide professional instruction for Continuing & Professional Development (CPD) classes offered through San Jacinto College, including the Central, North, and/or South campuses as well as other off‑site locations if necessary. Meet course training objectives with excellent instructor evaluations. Complete all required San Jacinto College course completion paperwork in a timely fashion. Instructors employed as part-time faculty are not entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees.

Part‑time faculty are hired on an "as needed" basis and will work for the duration of time specified by the respective course. A portion of teaching assignments may include evening and possibly weekend classes.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three (3) years experience installing copper and/or fiber optic data cables.

Preferred Qualifications

ETA certification or BISCI certification.
