PRIMARY

PURPOSE:

Assist teachers in the instructional program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/ Certification:

* High school diploma or GED

* Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate

* PAC Test (No Child Left Behind) / 48 College Hours

* Bilingual Test (if applicable)

Special Knowledge /

Skills:

* Must be able to work effectively and efficiently with many people

Experience:

MAJOR

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

* Provide guidance and direction to students for drill and practice sessions and reviews in a small group setting

* Assist with the preparation of instructional materials

* Perform other duties as assigned by the principal
