Assist teachers in the instructional program.

Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate
- PAC Test (No Child Left Behind) / 48 College Hours
- Bilingual Test (if applicable)
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently with many people
- Provide guidance and direction to students for drill and practice sessions and reviews in a small group setting.
- Assist with the preparation of instructional materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal); maintain emotional control under stress, interpret policy, procedures, and data; coordinate district functions.
- Frequent prolonged and irregular hours.
- Repetitive hand motions.
- Prolonged use of computer.
- Steady phone interactions.
- Moderate standing, walking, and bending.
