Position Overview

The college invites applications for the position of Adjunct Faculty – CPD Allied Health Medical Office Professional
. Instructors will teach Continuing and Professional Development (CPD) coursework related to Allied Health Medical Office Professional training, including topics such as medical billing, coding, and administrative procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging instruction in Medical Office Professional courses within the CPD program.
  • Provide hands‑on learning experiences aligned with industry standards.
  • Support student success through evaluation, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current medical office practices and billing procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience in medical office administration, including basic billing and coding.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification.
  • Experience in curriculum design and delivery within an adult learning environment.
Salary Information

Salary placement is based on Salary Grade AH in accordance with the Board‑approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year. (Refer to the official Salary Schedule for more details.)

Additional Information
  • Adjunct faculty positions are part‑time, temporary, and non‑benefited.
  • Appointments are made for specific teaching assignments only.
