We are seeking a Mobile Tank Cleaning Supervisor to lead safe and efficient execution of tank car cleaning operations while developing team capability and driving performance in the field.
What You’ll DoOn any given day, you will lead and oversee industrial cleaning activities at customer sites, ensuring compliance with safety policies, supervising equipment, coordinating job execution, completing documentation, and acting as a liaison between customers and operations.
On Any Given Day, You Will- Lead and oversee industrial cleaning activities at customer sites
- Ensure full compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Supervise operation of cleaning equipment including pumps, diesel engines, thermal fluid heaters, and lifting devices
- Drive adherence to safe work practices, including confined space entry and hazardous environments
- Coordinate job execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations are met
- Complete operational documentation including job reports, LEMs, KPIs, billing, and safety forms
- Act as a liaison between customers and Operations to ensure effective communication and service delivery
- Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of field employees
- Coach team members on safety procedures, equipment operation, and best practices
- Reinforce a strong safety culture and accountability across the team
- Support continuous improvement of processes and workflows in field operations

We’re seeking a strong, safety-driven leader with industrial experience and the ability to manage teams in the field.
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5+ years of industrial cleaning, processing, or related operational experience
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of high-pressure pumps, injection tools, filtration systems, and lifting equipment
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1 preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team-focused environment
- Proficient computer skills for reporting and documentation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing field-based work
- CDL B
- Certified trade
- Experience with automated cleaning systems
- Experience working in hazardous or regulated environments
- Confined Space Entry & Rescue
- Standard First Aid

- Exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and varying environmental conditions

- Location:
Houston, Texas, Site 281 - Shift: Primarily First Shift, Monday – Friday 6:00am – 4:30pm. Weekends may be necessary.
- Compensation:
Base Salary: $90,000 Salary Non-Exempt, with opportunity for overtime - Travel Requirements: 75% daily travel within Houston area, possibility for travel outside the area for project work
