This position will ensure that all maintenance procedures/process are in place to drive a
safe, environmentally and efficient operation of the plant assets.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:
• Right-size and Right-shape the organization
• Critical Equipment List
• Develop equipment list
• Develop critical spare parts inventory strategy and begin to implement
• Start acquiring critical spare parts and getting them on our shelves
• Mechanical Integrity
Education, Experience and Skills Required
• Bachelor Of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or
equivalent
• 15 - 20 years of experience in maintenance supervision in Maintenance supervision
• Chemical Plant Batch Operations
• Experience with rotating and fixed equipment
• Construction management & field construction supervision
