Senior I&E Estimator

MEITEC is looking to hire a Senior Instrumentation & Electrical Estimator to be based out of our corporate office in Pasadena, TX. The Senior I&E Estimator will be responsible for supporting the Director of Estimating in carrying out the responsibilities of the Estimating Department.

• Analyze client bid packages, scope documents, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.
• Perform detailed material takeoffs and labor cost analysis.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and consistent quality.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure a seamless handoff from bid to build.
• Maintain an organized and detail‑oriented approach to all estimating tasks and documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with Accubid is a plus.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, including blueprints and specifications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in one or more of the following industries:
  Industrial, Oil & Gas, Renewable Natural Gas, Power Infrastructure, Data Centers, or Semiconductor.
