Lead Reliability & Safety in a World-Class Chemical Manufacturing Environment
What You’ll Do- Lead and coordinate daily work for I/E technicians across preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Ensure reliability and compliance of instrumentation, control systems, and electrical equipment
- Own calibration programs and maintenance records (flow, temperature, scale, etc.)
- Supervise contractors and plan outages, shutdown work, and major repairs
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and drive repair/replace decisions
- Maintain and update electrical & instrumentation drawings and CMMS data
- Support capital projects, upgrades, and reliability improvements
- Participate in PSM, MOC, and safety system integrity activities
- Collaborate across crafts and back up Mechanical Maintenance leadership when needed
- Support on-call rotation for plant reliability and emergency response
- Leadership breadth:
Supervise multiple crafts and plant‑critical systems - Operational impact:
Direct influence on plant uptime, safety, and product quality - Technical ownership:

Part of a respected international chemical manufacturer
- 12+ years of I/E supervision experience in chemical or process manufacturing
- Associate degree or technical certification in I&E (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation, electrical systems, and control equipment
- Experience with calibration programs and CMMS systems
- Ability to read and interpret detailed electrical & instrumentation drawings
- Working knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) environments
- Proven leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong communication across hourly teams, engineers, and leadership
- Prioritizes safety and compliance without compromise
- Makes timely, sound maintenance decisions
- Keeps teams aligned on plant goals
- Drives execution and accountability
- Identifies improvements that increase uptime and performance
The salary range for this position is $,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job‑related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
