This role ensures a safe, efficient, cost‑effective and highly productive work environment while performing requested service and project engineering work at customer facilities. The Technical Service and Sales Engineer supports commercial engineering projects both in‑house and during contractor execution at customer sites 7 days a week.

Responsibilities include:

• Support and manage the commercial engineering projects in collaboration with the commercial project engineering team.
• Provide technical assistance to on‑site contractors and customers, including fabrication quality inspection, creating processes and work instructions, and onsite problem solving.
• Plan and execute on‑site client activities such as facilities equipment inspections and operational system evaluations.
• Assist regional sales and engineering directors in managing customer‑required engineering service work.
• Offer technical expertise to improve client product satisfaction and facilitate successful operation of engineering services.
• Define maintenance processes and develop new engineering procedures to promote a safe and efficient technical assistance environment.
• Develop and manage programs to reduce commercial engineering onsite and project costs, improve fabrication efficiencies, and align priorities with client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, focusing on those not recently visited.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 5–10 years of project engineering experience in the chemical industry with engineering sales and/or project management experience preferred.
• 5–10 years of related industrial experience.

• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in SAP.

• Drug testing and background checks nationwide.
• Ability to travel frequently – 30‑50% of the time.
