Engineering Project Manager (API and ASME standards)

Location:

Southeast Houston, Texas (full‑time)

Salary: USD 140,000 – 160,000 per annum, plus 15% bonus and company benefits.

As an Engineering Project Manager with capital projects experience, you will own and control projects that safeguard chemical midstream operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain the highest safety and environmental standards across volatile chemical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and design for facility, equipment, and system upgrades; develop scope, risk evaluation, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
• Oversee detailed engineering development across disciplines and support infrastructure, equipment, outfitting, and automation projects.
• Ensure quality control by establishing inspection and testing procedures, guiding contractors, and verifying adherence to plans, specifications, and performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Experienced project or facilities engineer with a strong background in chemical or hazardous material environments.
• Skilled in engineering design review, construction oversight, contractor management, procurement, and safety standards (ideally OSHA, PHA, etc.).
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong planning, documentation, and reporting abilities across stakeholders.
