Environmental Engineer

Our client, Environmental Services provider is seeking a Environmental Engineer to join their team. As a Environmental Engineer, you will be part of the Environmental Compliance Department supporting Regulatory and Environmental Management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Develop, implement, and maintain environmental sampling, analytical, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with EPA and TCEQ permits.

+ Manage air quality programs along with water, wastewater, and waste management responsibilities.

+ Oversee facility permits including TCEQ NSR, P  permits, and EPA PSD and Title V permits.

+ Prepare permit applications and amendments to support operational improvements and regulatory compliance.

+ Conduct monthly audits and environmental surveillance to verify adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and permits.

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience managing air programs in petrochemical or refinery facilities.

+ Degree in Chemical, Environmental, or related engineering field.

+ Knowledge of TCEQ air regulation compliance, including CEMs, HECT, and MECT reporting.

+

Experience with NSPS Subparts NNN & Kb and NESHAPs Subparts Y, BB, & FF.

+ Familiarity with SOCMI HON Subparts G and H, including floating roof tank requirements.
