Senior Process Engineer
Our client, a leading petrochemical manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be a vital part of the Process Engineering department supporting operational excellence and process optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
Lead process development and optimization initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and safety.
Conduct process simulations and modeling to support operational decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and capital projects.
Participate in incident investigations and safety reviews to ensure compliance and continuous safety improvements.
Support process safety management activities, including HAZOP and PSSR reviews.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of process engineering experience in a chemical processing plant.
Proficiency with process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of process safety practices and regulatory compliance.
Ethylene oxide (would be a huge PLUS)
