Provide environmental compliance and regulatory support across a manufacturing facility consisting of four manufacturing units/sites. Serve as a key resource for managing a high-volume Management of Change (MOC) workload, ensuring environmental impacts of process, equipment, and operational changes are properly evaluated and documented. Support compliance with Title V Air Permit requirements and with the administration of the Plant-Wide Applicability Limit (PAL) program, including emissions tracking, recordkeeping, and reporting.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, and environmental teams to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide environmental compliance support across the facility's four manufacturing units/sites.
  • Manage and support a high-volume Management of Change (MOC) workload across multiple manufacturing operations.
  • Evaluate proposed process and equipment changes for environmental and regulatory impacts.
  • Ensure Title V Air Permit compliance related to MOC reviews and implementation activities.
  • Support Plant-Wide Applicability Limit (PAL) compliance, including emissions monitoring, calculations, tracking, and reporting.
  • Review regulatory requirements and determine permitting applicability for facility modifications.
  • Maintain environmental compliance documentation, records, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of MOC actions.
  • Assist with environmental audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance on air permitting, emissions management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Science is required; a B.S. in Chemical Engineering is preferred.
  • Experience with Management of Change (MOC) processes in a manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, or industrial environment.
  • Working knowledge of Title V Air Permit regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of Plant-Wide Applicability Limits (PAL) and air emissions management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
