In this position, you will provide direct administrative support for multiple leaders and will be responsible for the overall workflow of the Hospital Administration office.

• Greets visitors and answers telephone using appropriate etiquette and customer service.
• Plans and coordinates meetings of executives and resolves scheduling conflicts.
• Completes projects delegated to them on time using software and resources available to them.
• Keeps office organized and clean.
• Coordinates award and recognition programs for hospital colleagues.
• The ability to collaborate with multiple departments to complete special projects and requests.
• Compose correspondence, memos and reports, according to guidelines and in a timely manner.
• Assist with writing letters to staff, physicians, and patient/families.
• Maintain excellent relationships with departments throughout the hospital.
• Be comfortable entering data/news on hospital intranet page.

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required. Some college required.
• Typing speed of 60 wpm and strong PC skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess strong customer service skills. Prior health care experience preferred.
