Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) – Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to support students in a school-based setting for the upcoming school year.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping students build independence and succeed in their daily school activities.

About the Position

In this role, you'll work directly with students to address fine motor development, sensory processing, and functional skills that support academic participation. You'll be part of a collaborative school team focused on helping students reach their full potential.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Texas OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • NBCOT certification preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
  • Perform evaluations and contribute to individualized treatment plans
  • Support development of fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
  • Collaborate with school staff to implement effective classroom strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation
