Aquino Medical Group in Pasadena, TX is looking for a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and love making patients feel at ease, we want to hear from you!

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and electronic health records (EHR)
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed
• Ensure front desk area is organized, clean, and HIPAA-compliant at all times

• High school diploma or GED required; medical office training or certification a plus
• Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare front office setting preferred
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical scheduling software
• Knowledge of medical insurance verification and billing processes
• Strong communication skills with a warm, patient-centered approach
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus for serving our diverse patient community
