As a Clinical Fellow – Speech-Language Pathologist (CF‑SLP) at Med Care, you’ll have the opportunity to transform the lives of children and their families. By addressing critical needs in speech, language, feeding, and swallowing, you play a vital role in helping children overcome challenges and develop essential skills. Collaboration and continuous growth are central to our approach, and you’ll work alongside a team of professionals equally committed to making a difference.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date
- 1 year of experience preferred – new graduates welcome to apply
- Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs
- Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care
