• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practicing as an SLP in schools
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students with diverse needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to provide services at multiple locations as assigned

• Deliver high-quality speech, language, and communication therapy to students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing clear recommendations and progress updates
• Adapt therapy approaches to suit the diverse characteristics and needs of each caseload
