Staff Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person elementary school opportunity in Pasadena, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year.

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Setting: Elementary School
• Location: Pasadena, TX
• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Start Date: ASAP
• Work Setting: In-person

The SLP will provide comprehensive speech-language services and support students throughout the school year. Responsibilities will include:

• Provide speech and language services to students
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments as needed
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility for Texas licensure
• School-based experience is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in an in-person elementary school environment
