What You'll Do

As the HR Site Manager, you'll be the primary HR partner for the Pasadena siteleading compliance, workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent strategies. Your impact will be felt across every level of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Leadership:
  Oversee payroll, benefits, performance appraisals, talent reviews, onboarding/offboarding, and more.
• Employee Relations:
  Manage investigations, coaching, performance management, and terminations.
• Recruiting:
  Own site-level hiring and partner with agencies for timely staffing.
• HR Systems:
  Work with ADP Workforce Now, Success Factors, Anaplan, Neo Case, and internal portals.
• Strategic Partner:
  Advise site leadership, challenge constructively, and foster open communication.
• Projects:
  Lead HR rollouts, policy updates, and company wide initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (PHR/SPHR/SHRM preferred).
• 5+ years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or plant environments.
• 3+ years in HR leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with ADP, Success Factors, Anaplan, Neo Case, and Microsoft Office 365.
