THE ROLE- Act as the on‑site HR payroll and benefits correspondent supporting managers and employees across engineering, operations, maintenance, projects, safety, and commercial functions.
- Deliver core HR activities including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, and policy guidance.
- Build strong relationships across the plant to support engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness while ensuring consistent HR practices.
- Partner with operational leadership to support a safe, high‑performing workforce within a regulated industrial environment.
- Previous HR payroll and benefits experience within industrial environments such as chemical plants, refineries, terminals, tank farms, manufacturing facilities, or heavy industry operations.
- Experience supporting technical and operational populations including engineers, technicians, operators, project teams, maintenance personnel, and field‑based employees.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, stakeholder management, and delivering HR solutions in fast‑paced site environments.
- Practical, visible, and relationship‑led approach with the confidence to influence across all levels of an operational business.
