A growing mid-sized organization is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its technology operations and drive strategic initiatives. This hands-on leadership role oversees the entire IT infrastructure—including networks, servers, security, business applications, and end-user support—while guiding a small internal team and external partners.

• Technology Leadership: Direct and mentor an internal IT team and managed service providers to ensure high system availability, security, and performance.

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee networks, servers, cloud services, telecommunications, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

• Strategic Planning: Identify and execute technology projects that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

• Budget & Procurement: Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and purchasing of hardware, software, and services.

• Policy & Compliance: Develop and maintain IT policies, security standards, and best practices to meet regulatory and internal governance requirements.

• User Support: Ensure responsive help desk operations and effective communication with stakeholders across multiple departments.

• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements to support company growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5–10 years of progressive IT experience with at least 2 years in a management or team-lead role.

• Proven success overseeing networks, enterprise applications, and IT security in a multi-location environment.

• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and project management skills.
