Our client is making a significant investment in technology to support its continued growth. This newly created position will become the internal owner of the company's business systems, enterprise applications, and technology initiatives while partnering closely with executive leadership to improve operations through technology.

In this role you will lead software implementations, manage a portfolio of business applications, coordinate technology vendors, and help build the company's long-term digital strategy.

• Lead the implementation, optimization, and long-term ownership of the company's enterprise business applications, including its new field service management platform.
• Manage a portfolio of business technologies including FieldFX, Salesforce, Net Suite, Microsoft 365, reporting platforms, and workflow automation tools.
• Serve as the primary technology liaison between the business, software vendors, implementation partners, and the company's Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Evaluate MSP performance, coordinate technology initiatives, and ensure internal business needs are being met while helping shape the company's overall technology strategy.
• Lead enterprise software implementations from planning through deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and executive leadership to identify business challenges and implement technology-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term business objectives.
• Drive business process improvements, workflow automation, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiencies across the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other productivity tools that can improve business performance.
• Become a trusted advisor to leadership by connecting technology investments with measurable business outcomes.

We're looking for someone who combines strong project management skills with broad business systems experience.

• 5+ years leading enterprise software implementations, business systems initiatives, or technology projects.
• Experience supporting or implementing at least one of the following:
• Net Suite
• FieldFX
• Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise business applications rather than supporting a single system.
• Proven project management experience coordinating multiple technology initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working with third-party software vendors, implementation partners, or Managed Service Providers.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, accounting, operations, sales, customer service, field service, or supply chain.
• Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and driving successful project outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with executive leadership, business users, vendors, and technical teams.

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar reporting and workflow automation tools.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps or supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to AI tools and identifying practical business use cases.
• Previous leadership responsibility for technology initiatives, business applications, or internal technology teams.
• Industrial services, manufacturing, construction, engineering, energy, or field service experience.

This is not a traditional IT support position.

You'll become the internal technology leader responsible for the business platforms that power the organization while partnering with an established Managed Service Provider for day-to-day infrastructure support.

You'll work directly with executive leadership to:
