PC Technician

Description We are looking for a PC Technician to support daily hardware needs and keep computer systems running efficiently for a service-focused operation in Pasadena, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with desktop equipment, peripherals, and device setup across Apple and Dell environments. The role involves hands-on technical support, hardware troubleshooting, and physical connectivity work while maintaining reliable workstation performance.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and related equipment for end users

- Diagnose hardware problems and complete repairs or component replacements to restore functionality

- Set up and support Apple devices and Dell systems in alignment with operational needs

- Perform cable routing, connection, and organization to ensure dependable hardware and workstation setups

- Configure and connect associated peripherals such as monitors, docking stations, keyboards, printers, and other accessories

- Respond to technical support requests involving computer hardware and provide timely issue resolution

- Conduct routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve device reliability

- Document completed work, equipment status, and support activities to maintain accurate service records Requirements - Hands-on experience supporting computer hardware in a detail-oriented environment

- Working knowledge of associated hardware, including common desktop peripherals and device connections

- Experience installing and managing cabling for workstations, devices, and related equipment

- Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware and troubleshooting practices

- Experience supporting Apple devices, including setup and basic hardware diagnostics

- Ability to identify technical issues quickly and implement practical, effective solutions
