We are seeking an ambitious civil litigation defense attorney who is ready to enhance their trial skills and build a thriving practice. The ideal candidate will have experience managing litigation cases, drafting law and motion work, and advocating for clients in court. With our firm’s esteemed reputation and diverse caseload, you will have the opportunity to represent companies and municipalities in various trial settings, gaining invaluable, hands-on experience along the way.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide legal support to clients and assist Partners
- Maintain client relationships
- Prepare legal reports and documents
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- ABA-accredited law school (required)
- Active bar license in the State of California (required)
- 3+ years’ experience in similar practice
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
