Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in employment law, focusing on redundancy and performance management Proven ability to manage and implement redundancy exercises compliantly and efficiently Experience in developing legal playbooks and managing legal tracking systems is preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR and legal operations
