The position requires you to manage cases throughout all phases of litigation including preparing for trial. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills are a must. - 4-7 years of defense litigation experience
- Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through completion
- Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred
- Must be admitted to practice in CA
