Kennel Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kennel Supervisor to join our team in Pasadena, TX. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a boarding facility and possess strong leadership skills to effectively supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of animal care and cleanliness.

• Supervise and lead kennel staff to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Manage bookings and scheduling to optimize kennel capacity and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
• Ensure all animals receive proper care, including feeding, exercise, and monitoring health.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold company policies and animal care protocols.
• Coordinate with management to address any operational issues or improvements.

• Previous experience working in a boarding facility is required.
• Proven leadership experience, including supervising staff.
