Flowserve is seeking an HSE Site Manager / Supervisor to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental operations at our Pasadena/Deer Park location. You will own HSE programs across three QRC facilities (Pumps, Valves, Seals) and supervise ~300 personnel, driving a strong safety culture through active shop-floor presence.
You will translate corporate policies into actionable site procedures, manage audits, and coordinate safety initiatives across cross-functional teams.
