Industrial Painters

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team . In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience in industrial painting processes, applying coatings and finishes to various surfaces while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety. • Assist in preparing surfaces for painting by removing old coatings, cleaning, and applying primers as needed.
• Learn and apply various painting techniques using spray guns, brushes, and rollers under the supervision of experienced painters.
• Mix and match paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes, following established guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Participate in quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in the painting and coatings industry.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols related to painting and industrial work.

• Prior experience in a construction or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with various painting tools and techniques.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and processes.

• Basic knowledge of paint types, coatings, and application methods.
