Responsibilities
- Interface with the Production Superintendent, Production Supervisor and Lead Technicians to provide support for troubleshooting and problem‑solving activities.
- Performs function test after maintenance with Chemical Technicians as needed to develop culture of function test after maintenance.
- Audit the plant for safety and housekeeping compliance.
- Writes/updates standard operating procedures and production instructions as needed.
- Prepare an annual action plan to support the department and company objectives.
- Prepare a monthly report of activities and action plan progress to the Production Manager.
- Supports Production with Plant Trials and MOC’s as needed.
- Promotes good housekeeping standards and initiates corrective action of hazardous and unsafe conditions in the plant.
- On a periodic basis, covers weekend call duty for the plant.
- Special assignments and projects assigned by the Production Manager/Superintendent.
- Investigate non‑conformance and prepare corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Provide technical support for Delta
V DCS and related equipment.
