Assembly​/Production Associates

Assembly / Production Associates Automation Personnel Services is now hiring Assembly / Production Associates in Pasadena area to join a plastic manufacturing team offering long-term opportunity and career growth.

Pay Rate Starting pay $14.50 per hour (depending on position)
Schedule and Hours Available Shifts (Overtime Required)6AM – 2:30PM2PM – 10:30PM10PM

AMAssembly / Production Associates Duties and Responsibilities Assemble square plastic totes from start to finish, including installing reinforcement plates, securing corners with screws, applying labels, and installing tie bars.

Operate basic production or assembly equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform quality checks to ensure it meets company standards and specifications.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies

Perform heavy lifting and handle materials as required during the production process

Assembly / Production Associates Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (assessment completed in office)
Job Type Full-time, temporary to hire
