Manufacture microbial products and monitor downstream fermentation processes;
Follow standard operating procedures and ensure batch records are completed;
Manage fermentation materials and inventory, including raw materials and media batching;
Perform downstream processing such as centrifugation and spray drying; assist with SIP/CIP of fermentors;
Assist in training new technicians and maintain a clean, safe work environment; operate forklifts as needed
