We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of
** Vibration Analyst
** within our Pasadena Plant located in
** Pasadena, TX**.

Job Duties:

*** Vibration data collection and analysis
* Timely reporting of vibration analysis findings and recommendations
* Provide troubleshooting support and solve equipment problems by evaluating vibration patterns and incorporating other process information such as pressures, temperatures, flows, sound, etc.
* Maintain vibration database
* Support the development of equipment maintenance strategies related to vibration analysis monitoring
* Repair shop acceptance testing as needed
* Provide call out coverage as needed
* Assist with failure analysis of rotating equipment to determine root causes of failure and help determine solutions to prevent recurrence
* Provide oversight and mentoring to less experienced Millwrights and Vibration Technicians

* Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or GED
* ISO Category II Certification from a accredited certification provider (Vibration Institute, Mobius, Technical Associates, etc)
* 2 or more years of vibration monitoring experience including solving machine problems using vibration analysis
* Must be able to read process flow diagrams, P&IDs, mechanical drawings and follow mechanical specifications.
* Able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed to maintain a 24/7 operating plant.
* Valid driver’s license required.
* Ability to read, speak, and write English.
* Basic understanding of Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and a good working knowledge of SAP.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills include the ability to work as part of a team.
* Physical requirements – Must be able to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending, stooping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment including the use of a respirator. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
