About this Opportunity

As Spokeo grows, we are looking for a driven, innovative Senior Manager, B2B Lead Generation and Marketing Programs to lead the ideation and execution of go-to-market activities within the B2B unit. You will be a hands-on teammate working with Sales, Product, Design, and Marketing to ideate, execute, and evaluate lead generation programs (both traditional B2B and digital marketing) for target verticals: collections and skip tracing, law enforcement, fraud investigations, and real estate.

The Senior Manager, B2B Lead Generation and Marketing Programs should have demonstrable experience in marketing planning and delivering omnichannel lead generation initiatives. The role requires a results-focused mindset with a track record of developing and executing successful B2B demand and lead generation programs.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the vision and enthusiasm to act on the opportunity of a nascent yet promising product line. They will be practical and hands-on, leading on the ground rather than from an ivory tower. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO.

What You’ll Do
  • 65% - Take full ownership of the end-to-end lead generation process. Create the annual marketing plan and manage budgets. Ideate and manage lead generation activities from inception through delivery and post-campaign review, with the goal of growing MQLs and nurturing them to SQLs with a positive ROI.
  • 15% - Drive content marketing with Product and Marketing teams for all communications to internal and external stakeholders.
  • 10% - Ensure that marketing efforts are on target and on brand.
  • 5% - Establish clear performance measurements to drive and exceed sales outcomes.
  • 5% - Liaise with internal/external media and creative partners to create relevant content supporting campaign activities.
Who You Are
  • 4+ years of success as a B2B marketing leader, working on B2B/Enterprise SaaS solutions in a 0 to 1 environment with a sharp focus on ROI.
  • Motivational, inspirational, enthusiastic leadership.
  • Problem solver who explores new marketing opportunities, applies quantitative analysis to optimize performance, and drives positive ROI.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing scalable marketing strategies across trade shows, sponsor ships, webinars, email, content marketing, and paid and organic media to establish brand leadership and drive highly qualified leads for sales.
  • Experienced in identifying key customer segments and developing strategies aligned to their roles in the buying process, creating pipeline generation campaigns that drive new business and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills: oral, written, and visual storytelling that captivates and inspires audiences.
  • Flexible and nimble to adapt and alter plans based on new learnings and feedback.
  • Excited to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial B2B unit within a larger, financially stable organization with opportunity for personal and professional development.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Experience working with B2B clients in the credit and collections, law enforcement, or financial crimes spaces is preferred.
