RN – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (G-Button) Weekend Nights | Pasadena, TX
Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced LVN or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide pediatric private duty nursing for weekend night shifts, including Friday to Monday, in Pasadena, TX.
This role is ideal for RNs with tracheostomy and ventilator experience who prefer focused 1-on-1 care over facility-based ratios.
What You’ll Do- Deliver 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 0–20)
- Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes
- Follow physician orders and individualized plans of care
- Communicate with families and the care team
- Complete EMR documentation
- Active RN or LVN license in Texas – REQUIRED
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Assist with transfers and medical equipment
- High-acuity pediatric experience
- Consistent weekend day shifts
- Strong clinical and scheduling support
