As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in alliance with medical providers and care teams, following the organization's nursing models and standards of practice specific to the state of Texas.

• Assess a patient’s condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered, ensuring thorough and timely documentation.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action if an unintended response occurs.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate needs, and resolve them.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical condition, treatment plan, medication, side effects, and follow‑up measures, ensuring complete understanding.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of start date.
• Registered Nurse with an active Texas license or a multistate license.
• Associate degree minimum;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an acute hospital surgical‑focused medical‑surgical unit.
