Overview
Como Representante de Servicio al Cliente (CSR), ayudarás a las personas en tu comunidad a acceder a las soluciones financieras que necesitan, justo cuando más lo necesitan. Jugarás un papel fundamental en nuestro entorno de alto rendimiento al crear conexiones con nuestra diversa base de clientes y procesar transacciones (ej.: cambio de cheques, transferencias de dinero y pagos de clientes) mientras ofreces experiencias excepcionales en la tienda.
Responsabilidades• Procesar transacciones en el punto de venta.
• Establecer y mantener relaciones con clientes.
• Ofrecer experiencias excepcionales en servicio al cliente.
- Mínimo 18 años (19 en Alabama).
• Licencia de conducir válida y seguro de auto.
• Vehículo personal. - Competencia con teléfonos, sistema POS, Microsoft Office y otros sistemas informáticos.
• Verificación de antecedentes y cumplimiento de requisitos físicos.
