Overview
Day Shifts RN or LVN – Pediatric Private Duty (Trach/Vent) $25–$38/hr thursday & Friday Baytown (77520)
Reliant Healthcare Group is hiring RN and LVN nurses for pediatric private duty cases in Baytown (77520).
(T/V) trach experience and ventilator care.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs
- Perform tracheostomy care and ventilator care
- Communicate with clinical team
- Complete electronic documentation
- Active Texas RN or LVN license
- Trach and Vent experience REQUIRED
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Reliable and patient-focused
Baytown (77520)
Pay Rates- LVN Trach & Vent: $25–$28/hr
- RN Trach & Vent: $35–$38/hr
- Day shifts (high need)
- Full-time and part-time
- Immediate full-time hours
- 1:1 pediatric care (no facility ratios)
- Strong clinical support team
